Authentic asian cuisine that is salty and sweet,the crunchiness fried chicken mixes well with the caramelised sauce and crispy garlic bits,best served with steamed rice. This Recepi is easy to make and the ingredients super cheap and you may already have it in your home.. Enjoy cooking.

Ingredients:

Fresh Chicken Meat1/2 kg
Bell Pepper1 pcs
Garlic2 pcs
White Onion1/2
Butter1/2 slice from butter bar
Soy Sauce3 tbsp
Sugar4 tbsp
Cooking Oil

Steps in making a Garlic Chicken:

1Preheat the cooking pan, then add cooking oil, make sure the the oil is enough to deep fry the chicken.
2Add the chicken.
3Fry the chicken until color turns into golden brown. and set aside.
4Preheat new cooking pan, then add butter.
5Once butter is melted, add the chopped garlic, adjust the fire so as not to burn the butter and garlic, fry the galic until crispy.
6Once the garlic is crispy, add to the mixture onion, bell pepper, 4 tablespoon of knorr soy sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix until sugar is melted. Adjust fire accordingly.
7Once sugar is melted, add the mixture to the fried chicken. Mix well until chicken is evenly coated then its ready to serve!
