Filipino style Carbonara

This is my own version of a creamy and cheesy Carbonara. This Recipe is a Tuna Carbonara, but you can change tuna with Chicke, Beef, etc.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti noodles600 grams
Oil4 tbsp
Garlic5 cloves
White Onions1 medium sized
Nestle cream2 packs (250ml each)
Evaporated Milk1 can (370ml)
Tuna in vegetable oil1 can
Jolly mushroom pieces and stems1 can (400g)
Salt1 tsp
Sugar3 tbsp
Pepper1 tsp
Grated CheeseUp to you ;)
Cinnamon PowderUp to you ;)

Steps in making a Filipino style Carbonara:

1Cooked noodles according to packaging instructions. Remember to drain the noodles with ice cold water in the end to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
2In a casserole, saute finely chopped garlic, onions, mushrooms and tuna in vegetable oil.
3Add evaporated milk, nestle cream, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix then simmer for 5-8minutes in medium fire or until sauce thickens.
4Add cheese to the mixture.
5Add the spaghetti noodles. Toss until the sauce is evenly distributed with the noodles.
6Garnish with cheese and cinnamon powder. Best serve when hot.
