Pad Thai

Pad thai, or also called phad thai, is a stir-fried rice noodle dish from Thailand, it is part of the country's cuisine. It is typically made with rice noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or tofu, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts, among other vegetables. (from wiki).

Ingredients:

Egg2 pcs
Lemon / Kalamansi2 pcs
Rice Noodles2 tbsp
Sugar2 tbsp
Shrimp / Beef / Chicken / Tofuminimum 1/4 kg
Pad thai Sauce3-4tbsp
Water1/4 - 1/2 cup
Fish Oil - Patis2 tbsp
Rice Venigar
Sweet Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Pepper

Steps in making a Pad Thai:

1Prep this fish and add some salt.
2Soak 200-400g rice noodles in hot water per package instructions. Depends on your rice noddle. set aside
3Preheat new cooking pan.
4Melt (2 tbsp of) butter in the pan.
5Sauté garlic, onions and bell peppers.
6Add peeled shrimps, chicken strips and fried chopped tofu.
7Simmer until chicken is cooked.
8Add 3-4tbsp of pad thai sauce.
9Add 1/4 - 1/2cup water.
10Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbps Rice Venigar if you have.
11Add 2 tsp fish oil.
12Add 2-3 tbsp sugar depending on your taste.
13Add a pinch of pepper.
14Toss in the cooked rice noodles and mongo bean sprout (Toge).
15Garnish with scrambled eggs and spring onions.
