Mac and Cheese

This is a Filipino style no bake Mac and Cheese you can make in the comfort of your home.

Ingredients:

Elbow Macaroni noodles500 grams
Melted Butter5 tbsp
Garlic5 cloves
White Onions1 medium sized
Nestle Cream2 packs (250ml)
Filipino style spaghetti sauce1 pack 500g
Jolly mushroom pieces and stems1 can (400g)
Salt1 tsp
Pepper1 tsp
Sugar5 tbsp
Grated Cheesethe more, the cheesier :)

Steps in making a Mac and Cheese:

1Cooked noodles according to packaging instructions. Remember to drain the noodles with ice cold water in the end to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
2In a pan, saute finely chopped garlic, onions, and mushrooms in 2 tbsp butter.
3Add 1 pack 500g UFC filipino style spaghetti sauce.
4Add salt, pepper, sugar and cheese into the mixture. Mix then simmer for 6 minutes in medium fire or until the cheese is melted.
5Add the elbow macaroni noodles. Toss until the sauce is evenly distributed with the noodles. Set aside.
6In a pan, combine 3 tbsp melted butter, 1 pack nestle cream and 2 tbsp sugar in low fire. Mix until smooth and creamy. You may add grated cheese too.
7It's done once the mixture is smooth. Pour into the top of mac and cheese and serve!
